Harp Therapy? What's that?
Would you like to experience a way to relax at a completely different level and try something different?
Harp music helps relieve stress & gives people a vacation from the stress of any kind. Mental. Emotional. & Physical. I'm also a registered nurse so I often encounter people battling or recovering from surgery or a major illness. I love to play for co-workers & patients in a hospital setting.
The harp is a such a healing instrument! If you are open to trying something new to relax with a harp therapy session, you will be rewarded with start your muscles relaxing in minutes. You will break through your pain thresholds.
Most people would agree that unlike any other activity, music, has the ability to calm us and lift our emotions.
The harp lies across our bodies when we play it and the vibrations can be felt in the floor by our feet as well as our entire chest and abdomen. Imagine feeling those vibrations inside your body. It's possible to feel this using a somotron sound table where the harp is connected to two speakers buried inside.
